With a top speed of 155 mph, 365 horsepower from a twin-turbo 3.0L six-cylinder, and 0 - 60 time of 4.2 seconds when equipped with an available seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the 2016 BMW M2 doesn't need to try to be impressive.

It just is.

Though we can't expect to see the stunning new BMW M2 coupe in Santa Clara, CA for another few months, we are still thrilled to see a high-performance compact re-joining the M Series lineup here at Stevens Creek BMW.

We're still waiting on pricing and fuel economy estimates, but we do know that the 2016 BMW M2 will be taking its place in the new model lineup in the spring, and that it's going to change the future of the sports coupe.
